Nick is an experienced strategic leader and results-focused executive with a proven track record of driving successful business and M&A outcomes as a corporate executive, private equity investor, and board director. For most of his career, Nick has worked with companies to drive profitability via strategy development, process implementation, and continuous improvement. He has more than 14 years of experience leading and executing M&A transactions and has served as a board member in the business and media services, education, and healthcare markets.
He was the Sr. Director of Corporate Development at Omnicell, a leader in healthcare technology, where he led teams in executing M&A and strategic initiatives. Previously, Nick spent 9 years as a private equity investor, which included scaling a firm from startup to 6 companies in 5 years. Nick began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co., where he executed numerous sell-side M&A transactions. He holds a BSB in Finance and Mathematics with an Accounting minor from the University of Minnesota, where he completed the Honors program and holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma academic honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
